1. What Payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and bank transfers.

2. How much is shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on weight and volume.

3. How long does the shipment take to arrive?

It depends on the shipping company. It takes 5-9 days for most areas.

4. Do I have to pay import/sales tax?

We have tax-included and non-tax-included channels for you to choose.

If you choose non-tax-included channels, you need to consult the local express company for specific tax information.

5. Can you repair if there is a issue with the LED fixture?

Our LED grow lights have 3~5 years warranty. And LED Aquarium lights have a 1~2 years warranty.

If the product is damaged or malfunctions during the warranty period, we provide you repair solutions and send accessories to you for free.(Also no need to pay shipping cost for accessories.)

We need you to provide us the proforma invoice which is issued when you buy, pictures and video showing the issue.

6. Are your LEDs full spectrum?

Yes, all of our LED lights are full spectrum.

7. What kind of LED diodes do you use?

Different light fixtures have different diode recipe, please check the specifications for the light you are looking for. Or you can inquire us by email.

8. What’s the life-span of your lights?

Our LED lights lifespan more than 50,000hrs.(Lifespan＞50,000 hours)

9. Do the light comes with a lighting controller?

No, the controller needs to be purchased separately.

You can order lighting controllers by contacting us on our website or email.

Please tell us your quantity,we will send your Proforma Invoice with shipping cost as soon as possible.

10. Can your lights be daisy chained?

Yes, All our products except the FC-600 can be daisy chain controlled by RJ-11/RJ-12/RS485 cable.

The FC-600, it's designed for home growers, this model can’t be daisy chained.

11. Can you send me detailed specification of your lights?

Yes we would like to, please email us via sales08@ctlite.cn. We will reply within  24 hours.

12. Are your LED lights RoHS/ETL/DLC/CE certified? Can you send me the certification test report?

All our products are RoHS/ETL/DLC/CE certified. Please email us to get the certification.

13. Can I have my LOGO printed on the body of the lights / package?

Yes, but there is a MOQ request, please contact us info@ctlite.cn or sales08@ctlite.cn

14. Can you make the light to 1000 watt?

Yes, we can customized 1000W LED grow light for you.

-We provide customized services.

-Customization includes: spectrum, power consumption, LED beads brand, LED driver brand, aluminum parts colors, packaging boxes, logo printing, etc.
